We process orders Monday to Friday (except when the store is closed for Holidays) and your order should ship within 2-3 business days. We will email a confirmation when it has shipped.

There is a $8.50 flat fee for shipping to the United States.

If there is a problem with your order we want to make it right. Please email us at chulse@cleancashmere.farm for return instructions.

 

Anything being returned must be done within 30 days of purchase and be in it's original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.

 

Refunds are issued upon receiving returned goods and processed in 3-5 business days.

 

*Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned.
